All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your booking date and covers administrative and preparation costs.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments made via credit or debit card may incur processing fees, which are payable by the client.
All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
Promotions and discounts do not apply to packages.
Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
The deposit secures your date and covers administrative time, preparation, and loss of potential bookings.
The standard hire duration is 5 hours from the scheduled setup time, unless otherwise agreed. The hire period begins once the booth/phone is set up and ready for use.
Setup & Pack Down
Setup and pack down are brief; however, the booth must remain available for the full hire period.
Extensions
Additional hours must be requested in advance and will incur an additional fee.
The Memory Booth team will fully set up and test all equipment prior to the event.
Once the event begins, the booth operates unattended. Instructions are provided for guest use.
The Memory Booth is not liable for any issues resulting from misuse, interference, relocation, unplugging, or damage caused during the event, including but not limited to:
No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
The client is responsible for ensuring the booth remains in place, powered, and safely accessible throughout the hire period.
We will deliver, set up, and collect the booth at agreed times.
The client must ensure appropriate access. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or delayed.
Equipment must be used as instructed.
The client is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft during the hire period.
While all reasonable care is taken, The Memory Booth is not liable for technical malfunctions or loss of recordings beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, venue issues, government restrictions).
Where possible, bookings may be rescheduled.
Deposits remain non-refundable in all circumstances.
Recordings are provided to the client; however, The Memory Booth reserves the right to use, share, and publish audio messages, videos, and related content for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media.
Guests using the booth are deemed to have provided consent for this use, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
Any changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior and confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply.
In the unlikely event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
By proceeding with a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and accepts full responsibility for adherence during the hire period.
